Before Christmas holidays, the students of Year 6 dissected a chicken wing in groups. They realised that the chicken wing is like a human arm; both have the same bones and tissues.
The main objective of the dissection was to identify the different organs and tissues of the chicken wing. They enjoyed this activity because they had the chance to experience real muscles, tendons, bones, etc. Now, they know clearer what kind of organs and tissues we can find in our body.

Abans de les vacances de Nadal, els alumnes de sisè van dur a terme una dissecció d’una ala de pollastre en grups. Els nens i nenes van adonar-se que l’ala és semblant al braç humà. Ambdós presenten els mateixos ossos i teixits. El principal objectiu d’aquesta dissecció era identificar els diferents òrgans i teixits de l’ala. Tot/es van gaudir d’aquesta activitat ja que van poder experimentar amb material real : músculs, tendons, ossos, entre d’altres.
Gràcies a aquesta activitat els alumnes han pogut observar amb més claredat quins ossos i teixits formen part del nostre cos.
